This organization was created to provide the youth in our community a safe, healthy and sober environment . where they can create positive connections learn life skills and get support. Most of our efforts pertaining to this program involve studying new approaches and developing innovative ways to implement them.

Ileana Lee

Executive Director

Founder of our organization she bring her years of experience and skills to the forefront in helping the organization grow and succeed. Ileana's (or Illy as they call her in the community) passion is to help the youth in the community develop skills to help them succeed and become productive members of society. Ileana has 6 yeas of Non-profit experience and is furthering her education in behavioral science.

Devon Lee

Youth Mentor

Devon Lee joined Living Out Loud at Two Roses with the vision and drive to improve upon our Non Profit Organization, and focused on developing the organization with dedication and integrity. Devon is our male mentor and has been working with the youth for 3 years, Devon was the first male Smart-Guy coach in Sterling and has a passion to make the youth succeed.

With us since our founding, Amanda Ruiz is one of our lead team members. She brings in her passion to help the community and great ideas to think outside the box to the forefront in helping our organization grow and succeed.

Shannon Jelle

Bully Awareness Team Leader

Shannon born and raised in sterling brings the passion on leading Bullying Awareness Month. She works year round to make this event impactful and brings different organizations to spread the word.

Shannon has experience in youth development and is a great resource to our organization.
